You will find below a list of certain house stones delivered by you on the 17 Inst, but rejected on account of them containing iron. They are numbered and marked as follows in red ink

I have to request that you will make good this deficiency as early as practicable. This statement with an account of the complete sets that were delivered was made out for you on the 19th but I had no opportunity of sending them before I recd your letter of the 20th. In compliance with the request contained therein I now forward the statement to Haddam.
