XIII. To secure correctness in the Register of Officers serving in the Provisional Army of the Confed. States, to be sent in to Congress at its next meeting, commanders of all separate bodies of troops will require a list of all officers, according to grade, attached to their regiments, Batt’ns or unattached companies, to be made out & forwarded without delay to this office.
