On the 25th Inst. Capt Jno: S. Moseby attacked & routed a body of the enemys Cavly on the Little river turnpike near Chantilly. He reports ten killed & wounded & a Lt. & thirty five men, with their horses, arms & equipments captured. He sustained no loss.
