Dear Captain
Yours of the 5th from Phila reached me this morg. I send you a copy of the survey & Report &c as you desire. Mr Lyon has just left the office. He says the Bill introduced by Mr Ewing for fixing the N. B. of Ohio is the same as the one introduced last year. I have just got a little relieved from an attack of Influenza. All were at the Genls & at A[rlington]. I am glad to hear Lee is improving & I hope you left all well in N. There is nothing new. I must now stop to get this in the mail.
