I was so sorry I was not here to see you yesterday. I might have persuaded you to have remained with me. If you had have staid or Come out at 4 O’Clk this morg. I Could have seen you with my weary sleep eyes. Now I have to go to the right of our lines again, & do not know when I shall have the pleasure of Seeing you.
