I have the honor to transmit the application of Bvt: Capt: T. Seymour. 1st Lt: 1st Arty. to be relieved from duty at the Military Academy, and t request that one of the following named officers be detailed for duty at the Mil: Acady. in the Dept. of Drawing to supply the vacancy—preference being given in the order named. viz:
